We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

While we strive for precision, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on this Site is 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed.

Pricing: All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without notice.

Availability: Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product at any time.

PC Builder Tool: Our PC Builder tool is provided for convenience and compatibility guidance. Final compatibility remains the responsibility of the customer, though our technical team is available for consultation.

4. Payments

We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout (e.g., Bank Transfer, GCash, or Cash on Pickup). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location (e.g., Caloocan City vs. provincial areas).
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
All items are thoroughly inspected and securely packed before dispatch. Sub-Zero Systems shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or physical damage incurred during transit. Once the package is handed over to the courier, all responsibility and risk of damage pass to the buyer and the logistics provider.

6. Warranty and Returns

Your purchases are subject to our specific Warranty Policy, which are provided separately on our Site.

Note: Our Warranty Policy cover manufacturing defects and vary by component (e.g., Processors, Motherboards, GPUs).

Void Conditions: Physical damage, "burn marks," or unauthorized modifications (e.g., BIOS modding, physical tampering) void all warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sub-Zero Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the parts purchased, including but not limited to loss of data or system downtime caused by component failure.

8. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
