WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Scope of Warranty
This warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Sub-Zero Systems.
Coverage
The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Items claimed to have a factory defect will undergo testing. A product may be replaced if it is determined to be defective by Sub-Zero Systems’ Technical Support, provided it is returned in good condition with all original accessories and packaging. Note that any physical damage is not covered under this warranty.
Resolution Process
During the warranty period, Sub-Zero Systems will repair or replace, at no charge, any products or parts that are verified to be defective (factory defect). Please be advised that this warranty does not cover software issues. To avoid data loss, we recommend backing up all valuable files before bringing your unit to Sub-Zero Systems. Sub-Zero Systems will not be liable for any data loss or file corruption.
Claiming Your Warranty
- The warranty slip must be presented with the item deemed defective, along with the correct serial number.
- No Return Policy: Returns are not accepted unless the product is confirmed defective.
- All sales are final; no monetary refunds will be issued.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized technicians
- Missing boxes, accessories, or packaging
- Alteration of the product’s serial number
- Software issues, including corruption or viruses
- Damage due to mishandling or neglect
- Incompatibility with software or hardware
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, transport, or natural disasters
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for delivering the item to us for warranty service at their own expense
Warranty Duration
The warranty period is based on the time specified on the warranty slip provided at the time of purchase. If a replacement item is no longer available, Sub-Zero Systems reserves the right to offer an alternative brand or model based on the current market value of the item or the actual purchase price, whichever is lower.

If a replacement item is no longer available, Sub-Zero Systems reserves the right to offer an alternative brand or model based on the current market value or the original purchase price, whichever is lower. In cases of upgrades, additional payment may be required if mutually agreed upon.

All prices and stock are subject to change without prior notice.
Agreement to Terms
If the item(s) were purchased online, the customer agrees to the warranty terms and conditions outlined herein without the need for a signature.
